A light golden straw colour with a slight haze.  It smells like cinnamon apple scrolls with a hint of star anise and tastes of earthy pear pushing on apple, warm sweet spices with lemony freshness. This is a medium sweet piece of deliciousness with a cheeky little zing of acidity bringing up the rear. At 11.5% ABV this is a lower alcohol wine, perfect for a long sun downer. We think it will match beautifully with Danish blue cheese on oat crackers.
