Released in tiny quantities (and always aged before release - Duncan compares this wine to a more serious, tannic red) Clockwork by Mount Edward is one of NZ's most exciting and uncompromising skin-fermented / orange wines. The 2018 bottling is based around Gruner with a touch of Riesling and has an average of 8 months on skins. This wine is all about texture and depth.
