"From the Noetzli family vineyard in Maraekakaho where Three Fates have been working since 2020. This 0.33 hectare block produces very small bunches of Albariño with tiny berries which allows great texture to be built into the wine. Handpicked, foot stomped, and left for 12 hours on skins before whole-bunch pressing. Natural fermentation in a seasoned barrique and 500L puncheon with regular lees stirring.

A winner for the warm summer evenings, this wine has a refreshing spritz thanks to a happy accident in the winery; "remixed" from a rich white to a dry spritzy
one. Stone fruits are the name of the game with peach and yellow-flesh plum flavours both on the nose and in the palate, a touch of dried herb, and a good lick of salinity on the finish; keep the snacks close by."
