Already sold out in cellar door we scored a few bottles of this gem... It's about 50/50 Hawkes Bay Syrah and Martinborough Pinot, both from the 2021 vintage and both of which underwent full carbonic maceration for 14 days to let the juicy black fruit and spice shine. This is blended with a small proportion of reserve wine from 2018 to add texture, depth and complexity back into the wine.
