This is a stunning value wine from a specialist sparkling producer from Rully, in the south of Burgundy, it is a blanc de blanc (100% white grapes), in this case Chardonnay. It is crisp and fresh with lemon and crunchy green apple and bright, mouthwatering acid. It's delish.
