Delicate salmon pink in the glass, this is an elegant méthode traditionnelle rosé. There are the flavours of fresh strawberry, hints of ripe stonefruit and underlying notes of brioche and toasted hazelnut. The Pinot Noir fruit flavours are nicely integrated so this has complexity, roundness and a lovely, lingering finish. Its a beautiful wine for any time, but perfect for the NZ Christmas table, alongside a seafood platter. Tohu was the world's first Maori owned and controlled wine business - so this really is the flavour of Aotearoa.
