Blanc is French for white and is something the team at Known Unknown have been playing around with for a while now... while it's a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc from the Petane Vineyard, variety is not important... it's white, crisp and crunchy with a slight haze and lots of vibrant fruit.
