This is a charming little sparkler made in the Villanyi region of Hungary with the Kekfrancos grape. Also known as Blaufrankish, this has produced a wine with bright strawberry on the nose but more intense fruit on the palate and a pleasant savoury note. With a subtle bubble and a gorgeous deep salmon colour its a great wine to get the party started.
