Definitely not your average Rose! This is one for the natural wine enthusiasts. The grapes are grown on the stony dry river fringe south of the Cambridge Road Homeblock in Martinborough. There's a generous amount of Riesling which creates the delicate colour and lively acidity. The nose is subtle and savoury more than sweet. The palate is full flavoured reminiscent of stonefruit with a touch of mandarin and lemon peel.
