This Pet Nat is a vibrant, fresh blend of Riesling and Pinot Noir from a single vineyard sited on the rocky outwash of the Dry River a little south of the Martinborough village. With 80% Pinot Noir, this has lots of body but also plenty of zingy freshness from the Riesling. This will continue drinking well until the end of 2026 and likely beyond!
As usual with Cambridge Road there are no additions and no added sulphur.
