From the cool folk at Abel - who make only Chardonnay and Cider - their newest vintage release. This cider is deliciously dry - its been bottle fermented and not disgorged. Its crisp and definitely full of apple flavour, but there's also plenty of lees complexity - and super fine bubbles. A delightful, thirst quenching cider.
