Cabernet franc and three Italian varieties, Sangiovese, Marzemino and Teraldego, wild fermented in oak barrels produce an elegant rose with a gorgeous salmon colour. The florals are aromatic, even heady and followed by yellow fruits and ripe melon. But this wine then surprises with a clean, dry finish.
