In 507AD, a Frankish garrison settled on this strategic hill. These hills came to be known as “AD Francos” (the Franks place). More than just a winery, this domain is a piece of history. 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet. This is fermented in stainless steel then spends 2 years in barrel. Complex on the nose its then a wonderful mix of red and black berries along with sweet spice. A great expression of place and history and at an affordable price.
