Down the Rabbit Hole is a fantastic skin-fermented Sauvignon Blanc from Lance @ Cambridge Road. Grown on the Grava vineyard south of Martinborough this wine sees 6 months skin contact and a further 20 months in old oak. It is textured, layered and intriguing.
