Single vineyard, natural low intervention, organic Grenache Blanc from Navarra. This wine is made in amphora with minimal sulphites. The result is a wine with intense stonefruit flavours alongside a nutty, herbal complexity. Very drinkable and like most amber wines very food-friendly. Its been the wine of the evening at more than one Cult tasting - a real favourite with the team. This is small scale, natural winemaking with huge respect for terroir, at its best.
