This is a classic party wine. Its made from the traditional cava grapes -  Parellada, Xarel-lo and Macabeo - and has a light, fresh fruitiness which makes it fun and easy to drink. There's plenty of crisp apple and some nice, toasty brioche as well - to remind you this is quality fizz, made in the traditional method.
