Named for a cricket that lives in the vineyard this wine is 90% Tempranillo and 10% Garnacha (Grenache), all destemmed with a short maceration on skins and vinifcation in old oak. Like the white, 10% of the previous vintage is blended back to add complexity and depth. This is a lighter red, but it still has lots of warm fruit and lovely soft tannins.
