100% Syrah Rosé, this was originally intended for a larger batch of Roses Pet Nat but it just tasted so good on its own that we decided to split the batch and bottle some as a still wine. Despite the difficult 2023 vintage this is a vibrant wine, packed full of with berry and stonefruit notes and classically Syrah spice and florals to add complexity and depth.
