Dry-grown on the Petane Vineyard in Eskdale comes a wonderfully rich expression of Hakwkes Bay Chardonnay. Fermented and aged in barrel and 250l egg this is packed full of tropical fruit with toasty oak and a hint of oxidative nuttiness.
