Made with a mix of raisined and botrytised Riesling grapes, this dessert wine is a delicious mouth-filling dollop of lime and lemon marmalade. Its definitely sweet - but beautifully balanced with plenty of citrus acid to make it refreshing and satisfying rather than sticky. With some floral notes and aromas of apricots as well, this will work perfectly with dessert - citrus infused creme brulee would be great! - or alongside some soft cheese and dried fruit and nuts at the end of the meal.
