Crisp and clean but with plenty of fruit to back it up. This is a delightful Cremant de Loire. 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin, 10% Cabernet Franc this is beautifully balanced. The bubbles are fine and persistent and there's a nice bready complexity under the lively fruit.
