Made from Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah this is a fruit forward red with lots of personality and lots of good humour. Olivier Pithon comes from a long line of winemakers in the Loire. His vineyard, organic since 2002 and biodynamic since 2012 is in Roussillon and his wines reflect his philosophy that great wine is made in the vineyard. This is the kind of fresh, light red we love in summer.
