Rural Delivery - 8am Friday 17 December
South Island, Auckland, Waikato and Northland - Midday Monday 20 December
Lower North Island - Midday Wednesday 22 December
New Plymouth (incl. Waitara, Inglewood and Oakura) - 8am Friday 24 December
