This wine is aromatic, pure and punchy... with 1% passito (dried) grapes fermented separately and then blended into the wine it spends 3 weeks on skins creating a forceful but not over-the-top-tannic amber wines with a smoky, wild personality and the kind of complexity you can get lost in.
