Colere is the brainchild of Canterbury based winemaker and viticulturist Julian Richards, rather than make wine under the label he searches out amazing parcels of wines and bottles them. This is an incredibly rich, creamy blend of Pinot Blanc and Gris from an organic Marlborough vineyard that had been sitting in barrel for 5 years. It is nutty, waxy and fine.
