Estate grown on the famed Martinborough Terraces this wine is a beautiful, medium-weight expression of Martinborough terroir. This Pinot Noir has been hand-harvested end of March 2016. Approx. 10% whole bunch fermentation. 9 Months maturation in French oak barrels before bottling. More a savory than a fruity Pinot Noir. Approachable now but will cellar nicely for up to 10 years.
