This is one of the most fascinating wines we've tasted in a long while... an intense, dry white made from Palomino grown on a 70 year old 30 acre vineyard in Jerez. Previously used for Manzanilla production it is incredibly rich and creamy with only the merest hint of oxydation coming from fermentation and aging in old sherry casks. This is a stunner. Natural.
