This wine is made from 100% Caino grapes, indigenous to Rias Baixas in the northwest of Spain. This os a wine all about the fresh red fruit and there is plenty here on the nose and palate, alongside the mineral undertones that are distinctive of the region. 

Forjas del Salnés is a small family business that since 1995 has seen the collaboration between Rodrigo Mendez, a local expert, and Raúl Pérez, one of the most important oenologists in Spain, to create wines of great personality and very high quality.
