This is arguably Foillards most well known and loved wine, certainly the last time we had it it was the very first to sell out. It is from a single vineyard in Morgon named Cote du Puy and regarded for producing some of the most masculine expressions of Beaujolais Cru. It is grown on Granite, Schist and Manganese from up to 90 year old vines.
