The l'Anglore Tavel (which will be unlike any Tavel you've ever tried before) is Eric's top wine, it is a blend of 50% Grenache and 50% equal proportions of Clairette, Cinsault and Carignan. More like a lighter red than a rose this is a truly cult wine.
