The 2017 Trois Enfants is a co-ferment of Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Muscat from several of James Millton's biodynamic vineyards in Gisborne. It is incredibly rich and aromatic with just a hint of residual sugar to accentuate this. The core of Riesling provides acidity to counterpoint the richness of the wine. It's a stunner.
