Tincan is the brainchild of Nick Candy, a new Nelson-based grape grower. Working out of the same winery as Alex Craighead of Don / Kindeli he has created a range of stunning, vibrant natural wines. This Sauvignon Blanc is made with three parcels: skin-fermented, carbonic maceration and full solids to create a wild take on a uniquely kiwi style and is bottled without S02.
