Manually harvested, this Chardonnay comes from 40 year old vines from a vineyard which is moving to be fully organic and practices some biodynamic processes. This is a great opportunity to have a white Burgundy at an excellent price. The nose is white flowers followed by clean palate which beautifully balances minerality and some toastiness.
