This is a classic Vouvray methode with the base wine coming from the 2016 vintage. Described on the label as a pet nat, it's better referred to as Ancestrale, it's fermented in bottle and aged before release. It's a stunning, bright, fun, complex wine with lots of peach and citrus and just enough sweetness (10g/l) to show off the fruit.
