This is an aromatic blend of Muscat, Viognier, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay from Gisborne, mostly from the Millton Vineyard. Fermented in ceramic egg and Lances new (80 year old) huge Totara barrel with maceration ranging from a couple of weeks to four months. Textured, chalky and heady.
