Made at Te Aro Wine but released under it's new brand Known Unknown, Blanc Space is a complex, textured Sauvignon Blanc made from 3 components.

It's 40% fermented and aged in an old oak barrel, untopped to add complex oxidative notes. It's 40% fermented in a 250l egg fermented to add lots of richness and complexity and the balance is tank fermented to give the wine lots of freshness and zip.
