The grapes are farmed biodynamically and see prolonged skin contact in amphora during spontaneous fermentation. The nose is complex apricots, herbs and sea salt - taking you straight to the coast of this beautiful island. Taste it and its all passionfruit, pineapple and other tropical fruits but beautifully balanced with that distinct minerality and flavours of bitter almonds and lemongrass.
