Named 'Trinch' for the German salutation championed by native Chinon philosopher Rabelais (d. 1553) this is a generous, bright, young vine (still 20+ years) Cab Franc from Bourgiel packed with flavour and crafted to drink after a long days work. The Breton's descirbe it as "raw pleasure" and they would be right with tons of black-currant, leather, spice and bramble.
