Described as 'vinos singulares' this is a truly singular wine... Made from rescued parcels of vines within a 110 year old  vineyard at 900m above sea level planted on granitic, sandy soils comes this field blend of 50% Morvaria Agria, 35% Bobal and 15% Albillo Real. Bobal and Moravia are tannic varieties and as such these are fermented alongside the white Albillo Real and are all fermented destemmed before being aged in 500l 10 year old french oak barrels. This is a stunner of a wine, packed with power and grace.
