Made by macerating grape pommace in water traditionally piquette was a peasant drink - a comment on its history, not its flavour - creating a light, sparkling tipple that's spot on for spring. A fruity blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Gewurtztraminer pommace (a natural byproduct of winemaking, nothing is going to waste!).
