Made from the unusual and rare Negrette grape by a small biodynamic producer in Fronton where the grape is indigenous. This is light-bodied with lots of sour cherry and a little pepper. There is a distinct smell of Brett - very barnyard - when the wine is first poured but this blows away leaving a delightful fresh wine.
