This years Pinot Blanc was picked a touch earlier to add some freshness and acidity to the wine. 2 weeks fermented on skins and unfined and unfiltered. Drunk cold it is fresh, spicey with a rich textual palate, warmed, lifts layers of ripe Central stone fruit and spiceness."
