Origin: Certified Organic Pinot noir from two parcels in Bannockburn; Diceys Inlet Vineyard & Mount Ed's Muirkirk Vineyard.
Winemaking: Hand-picked. 40% Whole bunch. No additions during fermentation. Short time on skins to keep tannin at bay. Pressed into old barrels. Short aging to retain freshness. Filtered with small sulphur addition before bottling.
Tasting note: Fresh & floral nose with a cranberry and rhubarb vibe. Electric and energetic on the palate. The whole bunch factor gives a crunchy herbal element and adds an exciting layer. Finishes juicy and fresh. The perfect summer chilled red.
