This wine is full of surprises. Its made with indigenous grapes from the south west of France (30% Muscadelle, 30% Ondenc, 40% Chenin) and crafted using ancient Georgian methods, including a maceration of destemmed grapes in amphorae for 3 to 5 months. The nose is fresh with lemon zest, and the rich fragrance of persimmon. The palate is fresh and dry with a lot of power. And if that's not enough - its got a unicorn on the label!!
