Amazing value Sicilan Rosato... a blend of Cattaratto and Nero d'Avola, grown organically, wild fermented, unadjusted, unfiltered, unfined - the wine was fermented and matured in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit flavour. Blended post-ferment, the wine is a pale pink with bright fruit flavour and a saline, savoury finish. A really smart rosé that sings of summer.
