Made by Reenen Borman of Bloschkloof from bought fruit (rather than estate) this is a lo-fi South African red with focus and precision. Made from whole-bunch Grenache and Syrah (left on skins for 12 days post-ferment) and aged in old 500l oak puncheons (Grenache) and concrete (Syrah) they come together to create a lithe, aromatic, powerful warm-climate red.
