Made by Lucie and Brook Lawrence (ex-Aurum wines) O Naturel is a brand new project from the wife (French-born winemaker) / husband (NZ-born viticulturist) team. These are bright, fresh, naturally made wines from their new estate on Burn Cottage Road, north-west of Cromwell.

"This Pinot Noir is made from the first harvest of O naturel land. It was destemmed and fermented with the wild yeasts naturally present on the grapes and aged for 12 months in stainless steel barrels to keep the crunchy freshness of Pinot Noir without the meddling of oak. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulphur."
