A slightly more serious wine but still fun to drink, Petit Verdot is the 5th variety of Bordeaux (after Cab Sav, Merlot, Cab Franc and Malbec) and is used for its powerful tannins. Whole berry fermentation before being aged in egg and barrel only one barrel (280 bottles) of this wine was made and it's incredibly delicious with black fruit and firm tannins.
