Shed Red is the core wine for Patch, however, it is still made in very limited quantities (1200 bottles) and is a fun, textural take on cooler climate Aussie Cab. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Bogazkere (a Turkish variety). It's packed with bramble, blackberry and those old-school pink smoker lollies.
