69% Grenache, 12% Uva di Troia, 10% Pinot Meunier, 9% Mencia.

Tintito is designed to be a savoury yet fruit-driven light Mediterranean style red. Equally at home from the wine rack or chilled from the fridge. High drinkability and juiciness being the key factors we look for, with Grenache bringing tons of spice and red fruit, and soft juicy drinkability. Uva di Troia, a first for Somos (and as far as we know one of the first commercial picks of the variety in Australia), this variety from Southern Italy brings light savoury red fruits, and a supple savoury mid palate tannin, think Nebbiolo but lighter and juicier. Pinot Meunier bring a little earthy dark cherry pinosity, and mencia brings that beautiful wholebunchy dark fruit.
